PF/ESI Registration

Employees' Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 1952 is applicable to:

1. Every establishment which is engaged in any one or more of the industries specified in Schedule I of the Act or any
2. Activity notified by Central Government in the Official Gazette.
3. Employing 20 or more persons .
4. Cinema Theatres employing 5 or more persons."

EPF contribution is required for employees earning less than Rs. 15,000/- per month.

Required List of Documents include-

Name and date of existence of the company/ organisation.
PAN Card copy of the entity
Cancelled Cheque/ Pass book copy of the company
List of the owners/directors along with their address proof, mobile numbers, and email ID.
GST Registration and other license in the name of the organisation
First sales and purchase bill issued by the entity
From the date of setup the number of employees monthly in the entity
All the details of the current employees such as- name, father’s name, address, mobile number, DOB, date of joining, salary, post/designation, ID proof, bank account number, name of the nominee, DS of the partner/director/owner.
